Use this weekly construction inspection checklist to assess safety conditions in BLDG 426 and similar facilities. Review first aid kits, fire protection, electrical safety and grounding, eye wash stations, storage and housekeeping, sanitation, exits and egress, tool condition and guards, hazardous materials labeling and MSDS, equipment status, and PPE availability.
