This security survey template is designed to assess new sites and jobs before installation. Record project details, file number, client and site address, attending engineer, customer contact, and date and time. Capture survey photos of the entire entrance and exit, left and right sides, and the running area for sliding gates. Sketch the proposed system, including any required safety systems, and list safety items needed to bring the installation up to standard. Note whether gates are present and take safety edge measurements if applicable. Include survey type, contact made, and obtain engineer and customer signatures for sign-off.
