Work Zone Traffic Control Inspection Form
Use this work zone traffic control inspection form to assess temporary traffic control at roadwork sites. Verify advance warning signs, legends, and placement; review arrow panels, channelizing devices, taper lengths, and spacing; check pavement markings for clarity and condition; evaluate flagger use, visibility, and communication; and inspect barriers, delineation, clear zones, and lighting. Include internal traffic control plan requirements, note deficiencies, capture photos, and assign corrective actions to maintain safety and MUTCD compliance.
