This AVIP Daily Jobsite Report template helps installation teams and project managers document each day’s work on site. Capture core project information, arrival and departure times, PM and lead tech, and everyone on the crew. Log progress indicators such as deliveries, equipment condition, updated drawings, cable tags, SOW accuracy, material timeliness, coordination with other trades, and client or GC satisfaction. Request equipment with proper lead time and specify rooms or AV drawing numbers. Record tasks started or completed, note upcoming work for the next day, and attach photos. Document jobsite issues or delays, identify responsible parties, and flag potential cost or schedule impacts, then notify the PM for remediation or change order consideration. Finish with closeout checks and photos to confirm completion and pickup of tools and materials.
