Use this Asset Allocation Sheet to allocate vehicles, plant, and tools to field or dig teams and maintain clear records. Capture vehicle registration and fuel card details, log serial and BRM plant numbers for equipment such as diggers, breakers, saws, wacker plates, trench rammers, CAT and GENNY, and note any miscellaneous items. Include sign-offs from the Plant Manager and Team Foreman. Reminders cover approval for plant swaps, cleanliness, fault reporting, and accountability for damage.
