This ASL RAMS sign off checklist helps teams confirm site conditions and control measures before starting work. Record document numbers, site address and job reference, add photos of existing conditions, verify ground, wall and floor scans, and review the asbestos register. If there is any risk of disturbing asbestos containing materials, stop work and escalate to the project manager.
