Use this ASL V3.0 checklist to record passive fire stopping works on site. Capture client and building details, substrates, and sealant systems used (e.g., Hilti CP 606, FR Acrylic/Protecta), along with batch numbers, manufacture and expiry dates. Record intended fire resistance periods and add before/after photographs for each penetration.
