This Access and Egress Task Risk Management (TRM) checklist helps construction teams verify safe entry and exit routes across a site. It covers clearly signed office routes, access from welfare facilities, segregation of pedestrians from vehicles, walkway condition and trip hazards, road crossing signage and gates, speed control measures, step markings, route lighting, and scaffold fitting protrusions. Use it to identify hazards, improve traffic management, and support compliance with site safety requirements.
