ABCSTX OSHA Partner Site Visit Checklist

This checklist supports verification and re-certification of ABC member companies participating in the ABC South Texas OSHA Statewide Cooperative Program. It covers written safety and health programs (ANSI A10.38/OSHA guidelines), subcontractor plans, designated safety personnel and inspections, OSHA 10- and 30-hour training, new hire orientations, employee involvement, substance abuse programs, weekly safety meetings, self-audits, six-foot fall protection policies, injury/illness rate targets, and citation history. Use it to assess compliance, documentation, and site practices before approval or renewal.
