Use this construction quality assurance checklist to verify installation of Kingspan Evolution insulated panels onto steel framing systems. It guides installers through base support cleats and channels, gasket and seal placement per A2O drawings, panel condition checks, engagement and alignment, correct fixing to studs, and removal of protective film. It also covers packing of 20 mm vertical joints with rockwool or PIR infill, installation of black gaskets, continuous butyl tape behind face-fix flashings, and profiled butt straps.
