This construction prestart template combines a daily prestart, toolbox talk, and JSEA to help crews plan safe work each day. Capture site details, weather, and COVID declarations, then identify hazards such as traffic, services, hazardous substances, manual handling, and adverse weather with required controls. Includes hot works permit checks, emergency preparedness, and a detailed rescue plan and working at heights permit. A working alone section assesses communication, remote risks, fatigue, and environmental factors. The JSEA section uses a risk matrix to rate hazards before and after controls. Finish with acknowledgements and signatures to document understanding and compliance.
