Use this construction pre-start checklist to confirm site readiness before work begins. Verify DCU and stabilizer legs, generator and shower tests, hygiene supplies, waste bags, and water. Check documentation including asbestos and waste carrier licenses, insurance, ASB5 and plan of work, COSHH assessments, amendments, and air test details. Ensure all operatives’ training and medical certificates, daily and monthly inspection forms, and the accident book are available.
