This RMS H10 surveillance checklist supports safe work near underground utilities on civil construction projects. It guides teams to obtain recent Dial Before You Dig records, survey for surface indicators, use calibrated locating devices, train and brief workers and supervisors, mark and plot utility locations, and notify asset owners of discrepancies.
