WAFarmers Work Health and Safety Plan
by Trevor Whittington, from the Community
This WAFarmers Work Health and Safety Plan template helps farming businesses build a safer workplace by formalizing key WHS elements. It guides users to identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, report unsafe practices, and engage workers through consultation and safety inductions. It also covers staff training, instructions for safe work, provision of PPE and first aid, policies on sexual harassment and workplace bullying, emergency procedures and response, injury registration and notification, and annual review of the plan. Intended as a starting point, users should adapt the content to their specific farm operations and regulatory requirements.
