Diese Vorlage Protokoll Gartenbegehung unterstützt Vorstände und Parzellenwarte bei der strukturierten Kontrolle von Kleingartenparzellen nach Bundeskleingartengesetz (BKleingG) und Gartenordnung (KGO). Erfasst werden u. a. Teilnehmer, Mängel aus dem Vorjahr, Heckenhöhen, Grenzabstände, Kompost und Regenwasserbehälter, Einhaltung der 1/3-Regel für Anbauflächen, Pflegezustand, verbotene Anpflanzungen sowie Hinweise zu zulässigen baulichen Anlagen. Das Protokoll dient der rechtssicheren Dokumentation, legt Nachbesserungen und Nachkontrollen fest und kann durch Fotodokumentation ergänzt werden. Ziel ist ein gepflegter Gesamteindruck der Anlage, die Sicherstellung der kleingärtnerischen Nutzung und die frühzeitige Beratung der Pächter.
