This monthly inspection checklist helps owners and operators assess stationary pesticide containers and containment structures for damage, leaks, and compliance. It covers labeling requirements (serial or code, product label, EPA establishment number, and net contents), condition of tanks, valves, pipes, and hoses, proper support, security of closed and locked valves or facility, spill cleanup by end of day, containment integrity without cracks or excessive water, and housekeeping. It also includes checks for pesticide storage in other warehouses and captures comments and corrective actions. Maintain inspection records for three years to support safety and regulatory compliance.
