Avocado Packed Box Weight and Quality Control

This template helps avocado growers and packhouses verify packed box weight and product quality against HARPS requirements. Record weights at the start, middle and end of each run, by count sizes 16 to 28. Capture and classify defects such as cuts, bruises, rots, insect damage, sunburn and chilling injury, with optional photos. Confirm specification compliance for each check and document reasons when out of spec. Includes sign off to complete the quality record.
