Record environmental factors like road works, construction, compaction, resident issues, and vehicle damage. Perform soil testing for moisture, type, and pH, and assess drainage. Inspect root structure for socketing, girdling, J roots, excessive pruning, and planting depth. Review maintenance visits and watering history, then summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
