We are working closely with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to implement protocols of the highest standard. Here are some of the safety measures you will see at the Made Extraordinary Summit.

  • Increased frequency of deep cleaning and disinfecting
  • Limited room capacity where applicable
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers placed everywhere throughout the venue
  • Covid safe catering
  • Masks required for those who are not fully vaccinated or depending on state guidelines at the time of the event
  • If required by the State, attendees may be requested to show proof of vaccination or a negative test within 72 hours. We will inform you ahead of the event if this is the case.

Cleaning & Hygiene

All cleaning practices have been thoroughly enhanced to ensure we are exceeding standards. This includes:

  • Regular deep cleaning and disinfecting of all event spaces, with added focus on the cleaning and sanitizing of high-contact surfaces and high-traffic areas.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout all event spaces including elevator lobbies, entrances and public spaces.
  • All microphones and audio equipment will be disinfected between each speaker.

Social Distancing

We anticipate that these measures may relax later in the year, but we will maintain social distancing policies in line with current local government restrictions.

Pending further government advice, we will be implementing the following procedures:

  • A one way system within the event spaces to ensure a safe flow of delegates.
  • Apply crowd density measures in accordance with local and state authorities’ guidelines (if applicable).
  • No contact registration procedure by utilizing QR codes and our event app.
  • Clear event signage

Food & Beverage

All food and beverage services have been returned to normal at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and enjoy their breakfast and lunch with fellow attendees. We will be keeping a close eye on local guidelines and we will make sure all food and beverage services are compliant to any restrictions and policies at the event.

Rest assured we will put in the utmost amount of effort to ensure every single attendee feels safe and confident at our event in October. We look forward to welcoming you to SafetyCulture Summit: Made Extraordinary.
