What is the new price?

The price for our Premium Plan is now $19 per user/month if billed annually, or $24 per user/month if billed monthly.

Any users you add after November 30, 2022 will be billed at the current market rate of $19 per user/month if billed annually or $24 per user/month if billed monthly.

Why did the price of iAuditor change?

We aim to bring you continuous innovation and value while remaining a competitive player in the market. Over the last few years we have continued to add major features that keep teams connected, make it even easier for them to identify opportunities for improvement, and give leaders the information and workflows necessary to take action.

What’s new in iAuditor?

When will my price change?

If your next renewal is after November 30, 2022, you’ll see our current prices reflected when that renewal comes.

I just paid for my renewal at my current rate. What happens after November 30, 2022?

Any new seats or renewals after November 30, 2022 will be billed at the current market rate of $19 per user/month if billed annually or $24 per user/month if billed monthly.

The seats you just paid for as part of your renewal won’t be affected until your next renewal.

I’m currently on a Premium Plan trial. What does this mean for me?

Any trials that end before November 30, 2022 will be billed at the agreed rate at the time the trial started. However, renewals or new users added after November 30, 2022 will be billed at the current market rate.

What if I add users before November 30, 2022?

The price change won’t take effect until November 30, 2022. That means any user seats added between the notification date and November 30, will be billed at your current rate.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, iAuditor plans are set up to be extremely flexible for your workplace needs.

  • Monthly plan: You can make changes to your plan, and those changes will reflect on your statement for the following month. Any users added after the November 30 price change will be billed at the new market rate of $24 per user/month.
  • Annual plan: You can make changes to your account, but reductions in user seats can only be performed on or 28 days before your renewal date. Any users added after the November 30 price change will be billed at the new market rate of $19 per user/month, prorated until your next renewal.
