Offer details

Seat expansions before 01 - September, 2019 [a] If you expand before 01 - September, 2019 you will be billed a pro-rata charge, at your current rate, up to your renewal date.
Seat expansions after 01 - September, 2019 [b] If you expand after 01 - September, 2019 you will be billed a pro-rata charge, at the new rate, up to your renewal date.
At your renewal in 2019 You will only be charged for the renewal of seat expansions ([a]+[b]), from the end of the offer up to your renewal date.
At your next renewal in 2020 After 12 months, at your next renewal, your account will renew at present market rates.
Credit card customers Your purchase will initiate in up to 10 business days after the offer period ends.

Upon your renewal in 2019, you will only be charged for seat expansions ([a]+[b]) from the end of the offer up to your renewal date.
Invoice customers An invoice will be sent in up to 10 business days after the offer period ends. The invoice will include the charges due and payable, based on your current standing terms with us and as set out in the offer.

On your renewal in 2019, you will only receive an invoice for seat expansions ([a]+[b]) from the end of the offer up to your renewal date.
