Professional Services: Customer Success – Training Implementation

Scope of Work

1. Service Term

Implementation Period: 90 days commencing on the Project Kick Off, being the introductory meeting between SafetyCulture and customer when the Implementation Manager is introduced to the customer and implementation timelines are discussed.

2. Overview of Services

Work with an expert team

Customer will be provided with a dedicated Implementation Manager for the Implementation Period who will work to understand the customer’s goals and lead the project to ensure a successful training launch within the organisation. The Implementation Manager will provide industry-specific guidance based on cross-customer experience, including how to best leverage SC Training features to effectively train the customer’s teams. We highly recommend the customer to assign a team of between 1 to 5 ‘Training administrators’ to centrally manage the project and liaise with the Implementation Manager during this important initial period.

Personalized platform onboarding

Customer will have the below product training sessions delivered by the Implementation Manager to train administrators to use the platform and its features. Each session is between 30 minutes to 1 hour long and will be tailored to the customer’s specific goals.

  • Course & Lesson Authoring

  • User & Content Management

  • Engagement & Analytics

In addition, the customer will have three one-hour project status meetings to review implementation milestones and the status of associated tasks.

Implementation insights & launch toolkit

Customer will receive an implementation plan to track and manage the project timeline, tasks and dependencies in one place.

The Implementation Manager will also assist with account branding & configuration, as well as communication templates and guides for learners, managers and ‘Training Champions’.
