Adapt fast or disappear


As the world returns to ‘business as usual’, SafetyCulture research reveals that consumers remain cautious. Almost half (49%) of respondents say they are unlikely to visit a venue that has had a COVID outbreak*. A further 60% are concerned others won’t respect COVID-safe practices*. 


Now more than ever, safety is the number one priority for those in hospitality. Service on its own is no longer enough and leading hospitality figures, from 5-star establishments like Nobu to fast-food chains like Chipotle, are reinventing what it means to plate up safety.
