Master Classes

Quick sessions that provide detailed product information and insight into and our newest features.

Master Class 1: The New Way to Train

Darius Hampton, Team Lead, EdApp

You have 24 minutes this week. How will you use them? The typical employee has just 1% of their work week – that’s 24 minutes – to focus on building their skills or learning.

If you’re charged with driving continuous improvement or rolling out critical change in your business, how do you make those 24 minutes count?

Challenging us to throw out the old (PowerPoint) training handbook, we will deep-dive into some real-life organizational stories to explore the ways in which our current approach to training and development is broken: and how we can rewrite the way we equip and upskill our employees in the face of change with SafetyCulture’s EdApp.

3:45 pm

Master Class 2: Encourage Frontline Feedback by Creating a Continuous Feedback Loop with SafetyCulture (iAuditor): A Look into Issues, Actions, and Heads Up

Whitney Bright, Senior Customer Success Manager, SafetyCulture

Sadie McCue, Customer Success Manager, SafetyCulture

Deep-dive into the why and how behind SafetyCulture (iAuditor)’s powerful, but underutilized features: Issues, Actions, and Heads Up. This session will outline best practices for using these tools, top use cases, examples or success, and leave plenty of time for a Q&A and working session.

Think outside of the box with what you can do with SafetyCulture (iAuditor)!
